Running Levels
Participants will be sorted into groups according to their level. Pace will be adapted to the group needs — this is a social camp and nobody will be left behind!
Intermediate and advanced runners will participate on longer runs.
Beginners
There are no requirements — only your interest in running is needed. There will be two running sessions each day with as many breaks as you need. The pace and distance will be adapted to the group's needs.
Intermediates
Intermediates can run for more than 60 minutes at their own pace. This group will be running for 10-15km with between 400-700m elevation.
Advanced
Advanced runners can run for more than 120 minutes at their own pace. This group will extend the run to do longer distances according to their level (e.g. from 15, 20, 25km or more and 1500-2000m+) — the sky is the limit!

¡Hola!
I'm Elena Lopez — a Davos-based medical doctor and ultra runner. I was born and raised in Asturias in the north of Spain before I moved to Switzerland after graduating medical school. Switzerland soon became my home and it's where I completed my medical residency and became an Attending in Sports Medicine in a Swiss Olympic medical center, where I work with athletes from all around the world and provide medical coverage to sport events like trail running races, cross-country races and ice hockey matches.
You probably know me from Instagram where I share how I balance my demanding job as a doctor in the Swiss Alps with my passion for ultra running!
I hold 5 Fastest Known Time records, including:
-
Via Alpina in Switzerland — 404 km +22,000m
-
Brissago-Dufourspitze — 170 km +8,000m
-
From the lowest to the highest point in Switzerland!
-
This year I'm tackling two major ultra running projects:
-
Great Himalayan Trail — 1,600 km +100,000m
